Weekly Wellbeing Challenge
Ten questions. Every answer explained.
A new quiz each week on sleep, stress and how minds actually work — the things people get told wrongly all the time. Free, takes about three minutes, and you learn something whether you finish first or last.
This week
Sleep, stress and the myths in between
Nobody is scored on how they feel. This is a knowledge quiz — getting a question wrong just means you get told the answer.
Closes Sunday, 11pm
Ten questions, one at a time. You will see whether you were right straight away, and why. There is no time limit, though answering faster breaks a tie.
Nothing is sent anywhere while you play. You only share anything if you choose to put your score on the leaderboard at the end.
Standings
This week’s top 15
Resets every Monday, so a bad week never keeps you out of the next one. Anyone who would rather not be named appears as a player number instead.
What you can win
Prizes are sessions, not cash
A conversation with a counsellor is worth more than a small cash prize, and it is the thing we actually have to give.
A full free session
Forty-five minutes with a counsellor, at no charge, online or in person.
Half price session
50% off a first booking, valid for one month from the announcement.
25% off
A discount code for a first session, plus the wellbeing guide as a PDF.
The answers, explained
Every question comes with the reasoning behind it, whatever you scored. That part is the point.
Winners are announced Monday and contacted on the details they gave. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash. Full rules are on the terms page.
Why a quiz
Why we do not score anyone on their mood
A bad week is not a low score
Ranking people on how they feel would put whoever is struggling most at the bottom every week. That is the opposite of what this is for.
Nobody has to perform
Because the quiz is about knowledge, there is no reason to pretend you are fine to do well. You can be having an awful week and still win.
Your diary stays private
The mood diary never leaves your phone and has nothing to do with the leaderboard. Only a quiz score is ever shared.
Come back next Monday
A new set of ten goes up every week. In between, the mood diary is the thing that actually shows you how your weeks are going.
